Logistics Manager

As the Logistics Manager, you will take full ownership of our 3PL and order fulfilment operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and cost-effective processes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, optimise daily logistics activities, and work closely with key stakeholders to meet client demands and exceed expectations., · Oversee the entire logistics operation, including warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment. · Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance. · Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high productivity and staff development. · Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets SLAs. · Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. · Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in all logistics operations. · Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics activities with business goals.

· Proven experience (3+ years) in logistics management, preferably within a 3PL or order fulfilment environment. · Third-party order fulfilment software. · Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of delivering operational improvements. · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure. · Experience in negotiating with third-party providers and managing supplier relationships. · Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software. · Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to drive efficiencies. · Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in logistics.,
