From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.- What you'll do      As part of the team planning for the joint venture activities, the Logistics Manager will work collaboratively with Vodafone and Three teams (including the 'BAU' experts from Device Operations) to define good customer / agent / warehouse experiences for new journeys and channels. They'll also support development of the approach to deliver cost savings and synergies.     

  • Work collaboratively towards an aligned and agreed approach for 'MergeCo' journeys working with Device Operations experts from Vodafone and Three as well as Channel, Service Design and IT teams 
  • Develop the next level of detailed requirements for journeys working with BAs  
  • Assess the commercial impact of logistics or supply chain changes and the opportunity for the combined company
  • Define and agree aligned logistics and supply chain reporting requirements 
  •     Who you are     
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics journeys - in particular for devices - ideally from warehouse to customer (with retail stores understanding an advantage)
  • Experience of designing and developing  journey and process improvements 
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to lead group sessions and discussions with diverse stakeholders
  • Sound commercial judgement with the ability to understand the broader implications of decisions
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise work effectively across a broad range of areas, make sound decisions with sometimes limited information
  • High standard of administration and organisation, meeting minutes, tracking of actions, presentation of key decisions, etc
