Logistics Supervisor

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to lead our team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to departmental standards and processes, covering all safety and legal aspects, and meeting KPIs and cost targets., Act as the MJDI Unit Application Administrator.

-Prepare written reports and loss returns in line with the Defence Logistics Framework (DLF).

-Ensure accurate administrative procedures and operational information for reporting performance and audits.

-Maintain stores accounts (manual/electronic) per current regulations.

-Manage the PFI Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) asset register, ensuring all locations and conditions are recorded.

Experience in Logistics Frameworks and Supply Processes, preferably within the DLF and MOD.

-Adaptable with a methodical approach to work and training.

-Strong planning and organizational skills.

-Understanding of reporting and data processing.

-Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH) is preferred.

-Military background is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

-Full Clean Driving Licence with the ability to drive Cat B vehicles.

-Security check required prior to starting the position.
