Logistics Team Leader

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will lead the logistics, manage raw materials and finished goods, and oversee a dedicated team. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role, where you will report to the Site Leader and be an integral part of our Leadership Team

What You Will Do:

- Ensure high standards and smooth delivery processes

- Optimize logistics resources

- Manage warehouse performance and implement improvements

- Lead and mentor your team

- Handle incident management and disciplinary actions

Strong strategic thinker with logistics experience

- FLT License desirable

- Proven leadership experience

- Skilled in HR activities like performance reviews

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
