Full Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Data Analyst (known as APP - Asset and Profit Protection) at Burberry, you will provide data analytics and gap analysis of key areas of compliance in the business that would leave us potentially exposed from a risk perspective if not remediated. This reporting is to be provided across multiple departments within the business., This Loss Prevention Data Analyst role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Horseferry House, London office at least 2 days per week.,

  • Maintenance of the APP (Asset and Profit Protection) Operations database to include keeping store master and HR data up to date

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Fraud team with chargebacks and payment issues

  • Data cleansing of monthly incident and investigation data

  • Managing and maintaining department Power apps

  • Maintaining department Power BI reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Maintaining the APP Hub on SharePoint

  • Provide data cleansing and admin support for the whistleblowing line and gifts & hospitality register

  • Support the wider team with biannual stock loss reporting to include data cleansing, performing analysis on required areas of concerns

    Advanced Office 365 Suite, in particular Excel

  • Experience using Power Platforms

  • Data minded and numerate

  • Experience in retail fraud prevention

  • Experience with Microsoft Access

  • Previous experience with SAP

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) essential
