Full Job Description

Are you looking to take on a new challenge?, Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join one of our flagship sites in Barnsley. You will work with GXO Operations, Bidvest, and Asos Loss Prevention teams to monitor and analyse loss prevention at the Barnsley site, using data and systems to support investigations and improve the overall strategy. This is a standalone role and, as such, requires the successful candidate to be motivated and capable of managing their own time and workload.,

  • Review, maintain and develop our loss prevention strategy as a site and ensure compliance from an AEO perspective is maintained and developed in line with legislation and business requirements

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to support loss prevention on site

  • Liaise with the onsite Inventory department to collate information on stock loss and identify at risk product categories based on information available and propose next steps to reduce or remove ongoing risk

  • Produce monthly presentations showing updates on loss prevention as part of the overall site strategy

    At least 1-2 years of experience in Loss Prevention (or a similar role) within warehousing and distribution

  • Competent in IT, particularly in Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes

  • Proficient in data analysis with experience in Power BI

  • Strong communicator with experience in client and stakeholder management, which is beneficial

  • Solid understanding of back-office/WMS systems, or the ability to quickly learn

    This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, We're looking to offer a salary of up to £43,000 per annum, and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
