Full Job Description

You will be working closely with our committed Deputy Headteacher, who leads on Teaching and Learning and supports other schools in Buckinghamshire.

We will offer you bespoke training and mentoring to support you to grow as a leader. You will also receive training to become a qualified Instructional Coach.

We are looking for a teacher who can lead our Lower School team (Y1-Y3) as well as lead writing in the school. In addition to your PPA time, you will receive one day out of class to lead in these areas.

As Phase Leader, you will be support and develop your team. You will monitor standards in your phase and will contribute to the wider school strategy in leadership team meetings.

As Writing leader, you will be responsible for writing across the school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing children as writers.

Oakridge is a wonderful two-form entry school, just outside the centre of High Wycombe. We cater for children from 2 to 11 years old.
