+ Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to ensure all students can participate.
+ Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging students to develop confidence and independence.
+ Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and contribute to individual education plans.
+ Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

+ A caring and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to support students in their learning journey.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
+ Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, is a plus but not essential.
