Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs.
Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to ensure all students can participate.
Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging students to develop confidence and independence.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and contribute to individual education plans.
Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

A caring and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to support students in their learning journey.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, is a plus but not essential.
