The Luminal Department at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton are seeking to recruit an ambitious and highly organised Support Medical Secretary to provide an efficient service to the Clinical Team within the Gastroenterology Department at the Royal Derby Hospital. You will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills.You will require a high level of tact, diplomacy with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively., oPrevious experience in an administrative or customer service roleoAbility to work independently and as part of a teamo An understanding of the 18-week RTT processo Knowledge of the Trust Patient Access Policyo Knowledge and familiarisation of medical terminologyo Excellent organisational and communication skillso Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet and email systemso Accurate typing skillso Audio typing
