Full Job Description
To oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining the boutique's luxurious image. The manager will also focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation., 1. Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Drive the boutique's sales performance through exceptional service and customer engagement.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients.
- Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the boutique adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect the boutique's assets.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Manage the boutique's budget and expenses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor performance.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stock loss.
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand standards and enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with the buying team to ensure the boutique is stocked with the latest products.
- Develop and execute in-store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising and promotions.
- Build relationships with local influencers and VIP customers.
