Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is seeking to appoint an Inclusion Room Manager to join our highly effective and experienced pastoral support team.

The role is being put in place to add capacity to the team, a team which is dedicated and passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential, both as members of our community and academically. The Inclusion Room Manager will be an integral part of our team to put together a meaningful behaviour intervention curriculum for targeted students.

We are looking for a candidate who will successfully:

• Work with support and champion the needs of an identified group of students to ensure their successful engagement in learning and integration into school life.


• Lead on and manage the Inclusion room, ensuring suitable intervention and support is available for students.


• Plan both long-term and short-term behaviour intervention programme for students to take place in the inclusion room.


• To plan and work with students to reintegrate them back to normal school lessons with monitoring.


• To work with and support families of identified students to help improve and develop engagement with school.


• Support staff to plan and use effective strategies to support challenging students.


• Be a member of the pastoral team supporting selected students in achieving successful outcomes by ensuring they access a full education.

Actual salary based on 37.5 hours per week (8.00am-4.00pm) 45.7 weeks

Monday to Friday - Term Time plus INSET plus one week
