M&E Bar and Set-Up Supervisor - Sutton Coldfield

This role is 45 hours per week, from 12 or 3pm until close 5 days out of seven. As Meetings and Events Bar & Set Up Supervisor you will be responsible for checking that the BEO details are correct with customer, ensuring all information is passed to relevant departments and to monitor the setup team and ensure their work is of the highest standard and all rooms are set correctly. This role will include:

• Overseeing key services and ensuring a fantastic experience for all of our guests
• Working with the bar Manager to establish and implement standards of performance within the department
• Ensuring the team is fully briefed and trained
• Creating an environment that promotes employee morale and pride
  
  An experienced supervisor who has led teams in busy, food and beverage setting
• Passionate about quality food, wine and beverages and the use of seasonal produce
• An inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering
• Fantastic eye for detail
• Experienced in taking ownership over your department and achieving financial and guest targets

The on-target earning potential for this role is 30323 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of 28271 plus a qualified estimate of 2106 gratuities per annum
