Machine Operator

The Machine Operator position is an integral part in the delivery of our market-leading drug delivery devices and is a core position in our business. All our manufacturing areas are clean environments with regulated comfortable temperatures. We are looking for people who are eager to learn how to operate and monitor our injection moulding / automated machinery in a quality focused environment.

As a Machine Operator, your duties will include:

• Operating automated assembly and injection moulding machines.


• Lifting bags of components to move them around the area.


• Completing the required documentation accurately.


• Following the health and safety procedures.
  
  Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.


• Communicate well orally/written English.


• Able to work well with other team members.


• Experience of following a process accurately.
  
  Bespak are looking for Machine Operators to work in the manufacturing areas at the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary for this position is £30,705 plus benefits of, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, 8% employer contribution added to employees 3%, recognition awards, free parking,and a subsidised canteen. Benefits are upgraded when a temporary employee is converted to a permanent position, this then includes medical, health, dental and life insurance.


You will be employed directly by Bespak on an initial temporary contract with a plan to convert to a permanent contract at the 3- or 6-month stage of employment, based on your performance and the needs of the business.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday each week on a rotating 3 shift pattern.
Week 1 - 6am 2:30pm
Week 2 - 2pm to 10:30pm
