Full Job Description

First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a temporary Machine Operator. This is a temporary position for around 4 weeks.

Our client is based in Horley, and the role will be Monday - Friday paying 13 - 14.50 per hour.

Machine Operator Duties:

  • Programming CNC machines in-line with requirements.

  • Setting and operating the CNC machines in-line with company procedures.

  • Ensuring parts are manufactured accurately.

  • Communicating effectively to support resolution of quality related issues.

  • Performing basic machine maintenance.

  • Abiding by company Health and Safety guidelines.


    • Machine Operator Experience:
  • Previous experience within a CNC Manufacturing environment is essential.

  • Experience with CAM is advantageous but full training is available.

  • Ability to program the CNC machines in an efficient way.

  • Due to location, you must have access to your own transport.

  • Excellent communication skills.
