Full Job Description

Make strategic distribution across various investment products in global fixed income and foreign exchange market.
Deliver our internal business resource (including research report, trading commentary, trading axe and trade ideas, etc.) to clients in an appropriate manner.
Build up and maintain a close relationship with investors.
Understand clients' financial condition based on analysis of their periodical earnings.
Make sure seamless, frequent, thorough information sharing (incl. market info and client's info both) with Macro Sales team in Tokyo.
Build up and maintain a solid relationship and close communication with internal stakeholders including trading, syndication, financial engineering and back office.
Help clients' oversees business trip arrangement and attend their meetings if necessary.
Comply with internal guidelines, industry rules and regulations properly.
Facilitate all the internal set-up, including KYC process, eligible product registration, trade limit setting, and account registration.
Report any issue to internal stakeholders by an appropriate manner and timing.

Deep understanding and product knowledge in global fixed income and foreign exchange market.
Commercial acumen mind-set to expand client base and product distribution platform.
Entrepreneurial mindset to build up new franchise business.
Strong communication skill to interact clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Understanding in various master agreements including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA, etc.
Deep understanding in Japanese business manner.
Required qualifications.
Fluent in Japanese and English .
Solid mindset as a team player
Excel, Word, and Power point skills.
