Maintenance Assistant

+ Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
+ Assisting with the upkeep of the hotel's grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
+ Responding promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues
+ Working with hotel staff to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
+ Assisting with the maintenance of the hotel's equipment and machinery

+ Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
+ Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
