Full Job Description

As a Maintenance Assistant you will get involved with the general maintenance of the properties this can include, decoration, hanging/ re-fixing items on walls, door maintenance (handles, fire closures etc), movement of furniture, basic plumping, and minor drain blockages.

This ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with previous experience in a general maintenance role, you will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team or independently.
