Full Job Description

You will ensure that planned maintenance events are managed in accordance with current Service Level Agreements and that the business delivers a "best in class" customer experience.,

  • Support with the scheduling of statutory inspections, examinations, calibrations and service events, for all Plant & Vehicles

  • You'll ensure that "best cost solutions" are adopted for the provision of all maintenance events

  • Contact customers to arrange and book compliance and service events, including MOT's

  • Process defect reports following a scheduled event and arrange remedial repairs as required

  • Processing recharges in accordance with SLA's

  • Book external repairers and raising/processing PO's for your nominated contracts.

  • Support the breakdown team during busy periods

  • Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service

  • Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

  • Able to use a number of internal systems, so you got good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fleet Maintenance related software would be an advantage however training will be provided
