Maintenance Coordinator

This Maintenance Coordinator role at Avery Healthcare's Frognal House Care Home in Sidcup, Kent offers an exciting opportunity to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members, ensuring the smooth running of the facilities and maintaining a good standard of general upkeep for the building., As a Maintenance Coordinator, your focus will be on resolving any home maintenance concerns promptly, using your working knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements. This includes plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, equipment repairs, and interior/exterior finishes. You will also engage with approved contractors as needed and cover all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or its systems. The role may include direct line management of a Maintenance Assistant, which involves day-to-day supervision, objective setting, annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management, and holiday authorisation.
