Maintenance Coordinator

This role of Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare's Rosebery Manor Care Home is responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of building systems and related regulatory requirements, and will be able to make responsible choices and decisions to act in the best interest of the residents., As a Maintenance Coordinator, your focus will be on resolving any home maintenance concerns promptly, engaging with approved contractors as needed, and covering all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building. You will also have direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, which includes day-to-day supervision, objective setting and annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management and holiday authorisation.
