Full Job Description

This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:

  • Obtaining updates, escalating issues, challenging costs and potential delays
  • Managing compensation claims, raising invoices, and issuing order numbers
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on the maintenance and rental system
  • Drafting specific reports, letters, and emails for both internal purposes and to suppliers and customers
  • Liaising with manufactures, dealer, and suppliers

    Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to prioritise tasks well in a busy environment
  • Good time-management and organisational skills
  • Prior experience of the transport or automotive industry would be advantageous
