Full Job Description

Are you a Maintenance Engineer who wants to work a Monday to Friday 3 shift pattern? (Mornings, afternoons and nights) for a base salary of up to 49000 per annum, plus overtime with earnings potential of 60000 and above?

Do you want to work for a company that is heavily investing in the plant with a lot of project work to offer variation? (The company understand the value of engineering with a CEO who has an engineering background)

(Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered as training can be provided)

The basics:

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Castle Donington

Pay: up to 49000 per annum DOE, plus overtime with earnings of 60000 and upwards achievable.

Overview:

Working in large manufacturing business that have sites in the UK and EU, we now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

  • To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

  • Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

  • PPM's


  • The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
  • Time served apprentice trained or above

  • Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar


  • Commutable from: Castle Donington, Long Eaton, Kegworth, Loughborough and surrounding areas.
