We’re looking for a multi-skilled engineer to join a small engineering team at our natural acacia gum processing facility in Cam, Dursley. You’ll work across a 3-shift pattern, ensuring health and safety compliance, resolving breakdowns, and collaborating with external contractors. Key Responsibilities:

Health and safety compliance
Preventive maintenance and repairs
Documentation and communication
Collaboration with process engineers
Spares management and record-keeping

Qualifications:

Completed apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications
Mechanical bias with knowledge of PID, process automation, and steam control systems
Flexible and proactive approach
Experience with SAP/ERP (desirable)
