Full Job Description

  • To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of various contracts.

  • To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on equipment as defined by your core and non-core skills as per the agreed client programme.

  • Provide timely updates to the helpdesk on progress of reactive works and completion of reactive / planned tasks.

  • Provide written technical reports as required, including routine maintenance and reactive reports.

  • Diagnosing faults on all M & E systems and rectifying as within levels of competence.

  • To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.

  • Facilitate site attendance by specialist sub-contractors as required by the contract.

  • Complete all regulatory and mandated documents such as Permit to Work Systems as required.

  • Undertake job specific risk assessments as may be required prior to starting work.

    Completed relevant recognised trade apprenticeship

  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems/ lighting systems/ 18th Edition

  • City & Guilds NVQ in Servicing and Maintaining Air Conditioning

  • Experience in HVAC control systems

  • Experience with BMS Control Systems


  • Valid UK Driving Licence required.

    Contract: Full time, permanent.
    Hours: 38.75 hours week. Core hours Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm (variable) and On Call rota covering 24/7/365, Each of us is accountable for what we do. From the smallest detail to team safety and caring for our communities and the environment, we know that everything matters.
