Maintenance Engineer - Sky Garden - Fenchurch Street, London

Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, the iconic Walkie Talkie building and houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars, events and public spaces. We're looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to join our support team. Reporting into the Group Maintenance and Group Head of Facilities - UK, this brand-new role will be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance and facilities management on-site. You'll oversee sourcing and supervision of all contractors/third parties allowed on site;

• Manage the Health & Safety requirements/obligations of all areas and operations including security, maintenance, waste handling, fire evacuation strategy and any other relevant areas
• Maintain safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and employees
• To act as liaison within the building to address any issues or concerns
• Ensure the premises are secure and safe; by inspecting/monitoring our areas, equipment, surveillance equipment, facilities and points of access/exit.

Maintenance Engineer - Sky Garden City EC3M £17 per hour / 40 hour per week contract over 7 days. RHC is for everyone.
