Full Job Description

You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (Joiner / Joinery) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.Travel within the local Wakefield region will be required for visiting client sites.

  • Service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric.

  • Service and repair of plumbing systems.

  • Small plaster repairs and painting.

  • Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.

  • PPM across relevant sites

  • Reactive service desk calls across relevant sites.

    Qualified Joiner with experience in installation and maintenance work.

  • Health & Safety Certificate

  • Excellent Customer Care

  • Ability to work on own initiative, work safely at all times and work within a team.

  • Valid UK driving license and be willing to travel.
