Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD's to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess high understaning of the maintenanace activities in the starred luxury propertiesYou will also have Hotel experinece and relevant skilss to ensure all Health & Safety compliance and standards are implemented.
