Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering team. As our Maintenance Manager you will:

• Assists the Director of Engineering in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.
• Be accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
• Assigns, track and follow up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors.
• Help to increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training.
• Ensure Exceptional Guest Service.
• Assist with leading the emergency response team for all facility issues.
