Full Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a skilled team of electricians, ensuring the smooth operation and safety of electrical systems across the Defence Training Estate.,

  • Lead and manage a team of electricians adhering to IET Wiring Regulations
  • Oversee electrical maintenance for the Wales and West region
  • Plan and manage scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and safety standards
  • Manage contractors and ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain asset records using digital and paper systems
  • Set and monitor KPIs for team performance
  • Support with major and minor maintenance tasks
  • Travel to regional sites to oversee projects and manage maintenance operations

    Strong knowledge of electrical and property maintenance
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, IOSH, risk assessments)
  • Experience with work scheduling and budget management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
  • Essential Criteria:
  • Familiar with SFG20, BMS systems, and Maximo
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 18th Edition IET)
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required

This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets., By joining Landmarc you will be supporting our vision to provide the best training experience we can for our Armed Forces.
