  • 2 Days a Year to Volunteer, Lead the maintenance team to deliver an effective and efficient service to our customers that meets the expectations of the business.
  • Ensure root cause of equipment issues are identified and effective solutions implemented in a timely manner.
  • Support the introduction of new equipment and processes and contribute to the development of same.
  • Organise and manage planned and unplanned maintenance of services, plant and equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance routines are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard to ensure Safety, Quality and Performance standards are met.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Manage spend to meet budget constraints., Meet Anwesha - recently promoted to Manager, she leads a team of software engineers for our Medication Delivery business.

  • Innovative, HNC or equivalent in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • High degree of competency in electrical and mechanical fault finding, schematics wiring and circuitry
  • Experience with automation and robotics
  • Good level knowledge of electrical Safety, CCT and controllers
  • Good level Mechanical knowledge and overall engineering understanding in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Work as part of a wider team but also show the ability to work independently
  • Team Management experience

Working closely with the Head of Engineering you will collaborate with Production, Engineering and other support functions onsite, lead and develop a Maintenance Team of 20 and play a key role in all manufacturing and support equipment and processes which are critical to the production of our products.
