Maintenance Manager Champneys Henlow Contract: Full Time, This pride also extends to our properties whereby the Maintenance Managers within our business are passionate about maintaining the properties to a high standard, ensuring they are consistently safe and are elegant in presentation both inside and out.,

• Liaise daily with all departments and deal appropriately with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues which compromise Health & Safety or security.
• Lead and guide your team to work independently and on their own initiative.
• Lead and organise contractors to ensure business continuity.
• Using your experience lead and manager projects
