- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel systems, equipment, and structures.
- Plan and implement short and long-term maintenance schedules.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and supervise external contractors.
- Prioritise and resolve guest room maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and support your team, conducting regular appraisals and setting clear goals.
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with leadership skills. - Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- A hands-on, solution-focused approach to challenges.
