We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Methods Manager to join our team in Wisbech. Manufacturing in Nestlé is all about ensuring the consumer receives a perfect quality product, at the right time and place whilst driving losses from our business in order to maximise efficiency & productivity. The Wisbech factory is growing and has significant investment planned. A day in the life of Maintenance Methods Manager As a Maintenance Methods Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our consumers receive high-quality products at the right time and place. You will lead the factory team through preventative maintenance methodologies in accordance with the site Operational Master Plan. Further responsibilities include:

  • Drive continuous improvement through Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) foundations and Total Performance Management (TPM).
  • Empower people to motivate and develop their capability.
  • Drive value engineering through strong cost control to agreed engineering budget.
  • Driving exception Safety, Health & Environment standards
  • Ensuring all members of your team effectively comply with the quality standards within maintenance activities.
  • Supporting the loss tree analysis process to identify and prioritise losses, and give direction to your team in order to drive loss reduction.

    HND/Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing discipline.
  • Previous experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Experience in safety management.
  • People leadership experience.
