Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to work as part of the Premises Team at Worthing College. We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance officer, ideally with electrical experience, to have primary responsibility to respond to issues and faults related to their trade skill set. In addition:

  • To carry out general maintenance and compliance checks, related to their Trade Skill.
  • To liaise with external contractors and/or consultants, with regards to trade related projects in their areas of expertise and the wider Estates projects.
  • To assist the Space Logistics & Planning / Site Manager in co-ordinating and recording all routine Estates and Facilities legislative checks.
  • Assist with caretaking and security duties, as and when required
