Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, keen and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance
Operative. Our organisation is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across our main depot and
supported radar sites.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality and efficiency of our facilities.
Some key responsibilities include Cooler Cleaning, conducting due diligence and compliance checks for Legionella, Fire Sprinkler
Systems and Generators. Additionally, you will assist the team with general duties.,

  • Conduct weekly readings of water temperatures.

  • Perform tests on Sprinkler and Generator systems.

  • Cleaning of refrigeration system coolers.

  • Collaborate with staff across all departments, promoting a positive and proactive work environment.

  • Consistently adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.

    Previous experience in statutory due diligence compliance would be considered advantageous. We believe that a commitment to hard

  • Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, and commitment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Basic IT skills (Email, Word, and Excel).

  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
