Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative Responsibilities:
Prepare, paint, and decorate as required Dealership Showrooms and public areas to high standard
Address any maintenance issues required while on site
Complete any decorating schedule on time and to the required standard
Ensure the safe storage of all paints and solvents
Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
Follow all Health and Safety rules within the Department
Demonstrate exceptional customer service when interacting with customers
To maintain a neat personal appearance.
To ensure all equipment and tools are safe and correctly used.

This is an exciting opportunity that we are recruiting for. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative, who is motivated, friendly, hard-working and passionate. The purpose of the job is the general upkeep of specified areas of work within the site grounds., General plumbing, painting and electrical and carpentry skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
Strong work ethic
Hold a current clean UK driving licence
