Full Job Description

Join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the North East.
25 Days annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays and bonus day for Birthday.
Operative must contribute to the On Call Rota - additional payments are made for on call, including generous flat rate payment and enhanced payments when called out.

Applicants should have a core trade in either carpentry or plumbing achieved by either a formal qualification or by experience.

Applicants should be pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking individuals that take pride in their work and will be respectful of our tenants and their homes.
Operatives will provide a high quality maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.

This is a full time position however part time (a minimum of 30 hours a week plus on call) may be available.

It is essential that all applicants are able to participate in the Out of Hours Rota.
Full driving license essential. A work vehicle will be made available for work purposes only.

The Mobile Maintenance Team report to innovation Court, Stockton at 8.30 AM for a Maintenance Meeting every Monday morning and attend other meetings at this site.
Applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.

We are also not accepting applicants who are currently on a Skilled Worker Visa, seeking secondary employment, as we are unable to actively track the hours worked with the primary sponsor. SVC: INCT
