Full Job Description
As a Maintenance Operative you will deal with duties such as litter picking, sweeping, filling grit bins, emptying bins, inspecting playparks, weed spraying, testing fire/smoke alarms, changing light bulbs, minor repairs and other duties.

About the role:
Although part of a team you will need to be self-motivated to work alone, driving from site to site to carry out your tasks.
A company van will be provided (for business use) so a full clean driving licence is essential.
Whilst a knowledge of H&S legislation is required there will be additional mandatory training forming part of this role.

Experience of working in a similar environment/role
Good administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using IT systems
Positive can-do attitude
Enthusiastic team player
