By joining our Living Places team in Solihull as a Maintenance Operative on the HMC16 Contract, you'll work with true experts who'll share their knowledge and provide support, encouragement and invaluable feedback so you never stop learning. Bring us your capability, and we'll help you take it much, much further. What you'll be doing Responsible for carrying out broad range of Highways Construction tasks, ranging from potholes and patch repairs, footway reconstruction, bollard repairs and installations, fencing, strimming, laying drainage and pavements, placing street iron works and excavating holes and trenches. All to a high standard, safely and at a commercial pace.
- Conduct operational activities against required quality standards.
- Undertake required work progress against agreed programmes
- Select and undertake appropriate work methods to ensure the work is completely right first time.
- Utilise the effective deployment and use plant, equipment or machinery.
- Organise, control and monitor supplies of materials
