Maintenance Operative

As a Maintenance Operative at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems to ensure facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities include supporting new residents to arrange their rooms, undertaking routine re-decoration, advising on supply and quality of items, and providing out of hours emergency service.
