Full Job Description

Working within the Maintenance Team, the Maintenance Scheduler will be primarily responsible for the scheduling and assignment of customer service requests to the Maintenance Team. The role holder will also be responsible for providing CAFM system support to the maintenance team and the wider service areas within Estates and Facilities.

The successful candidate will be educated to GSCE level or possess equivalent depth of experience in a comparable role. You should have extensive expertise in use of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases. And experience of working with a CAFM system/Facilities experience.
