Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support St Quentins Care Homes and to be responsible for the overall maintenance team and department whilst effectively managing the maintenance and upkeep of the care home to ensure that people live and work in safe and pleasant environments.

To excel in this role, you should have relevant supervisory experience and an excellent knowledge of the maintenance function to ensure the smooth operation of all building and site services.. Prior experience in the health and/or social care sector would be beneficial but we will consider someone with exceptional experience outside of the sector.,

• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.


• Knowledge of health a safety practices and regulations


• 2 years experience as a maintenance supervisor


• Technical knowledge of all building systems Electrical, Heating Etc
