Maintenance Technician

What We Are Looking For Join our dedicated team of professionals specializing in high-standard general repairs, damp and mould remediation, and comprehensive refurbishment activities for housing properties. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class customer service while adhering to the highest safety, quality, and cost control standards. You will be working in our tenanted properties, as well as the commercial and communal areas, under our Livin contract. Duties will include repairs required from ground works, internal works within the properties and damp and mold wash. • UK Full driving licence
• Good Communication Skills
• Previous experience in repairs and maintenance
• Experience in plastering, pointing, brick repairs.
• IT Literate.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
