We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Malvern on a 12-month fixed term contract that has the potential to become permanent. What you'll do: -Perform self-directed reactive and planned maintenance, observing machinery and equipment in operation and locating root cause problems -Independently performs maintenance in accordance with industry standards -Recondition and repair machine tools -Perform device testing to observe performance, and tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems -Identifies and sources parts and supplies and repair items as required -Drives and participates in Continuous Improvement Activities - process, results and cost savings -Updates and reviews Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) -Troubleshoots and analyses control systems to resolve software/hardware and configuration problems -Utilises predictive maintenance technology to collect equipment performance data -Follows all safety related policies, rules and regulations, technical instructions and guidelines and identifies potential workplace hazards What you'll need: Essential -Certified technical qualification in a relevant discipline.
