Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration

As a Facilities Maintenance Air-conditioning Engineer, you will assume the responsibilities of maintenance, installation and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the NHS Property services estate in line with the sites maintenance requirements. This will include fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification always maintaining site services levels, carrying out scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems, Maintaining AHU's and FCU's / VRV's and VRF's and, The key function of the role is to support NHS Property Services in delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the NHS, to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for visitors, customers, and employees.
