Full Job Description
As a Major Account Manager , you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing the sales function of Major Accounts in the designated UK markets;
- Increasing the level of awareness of customers of SLD Pumps & Power and associated companies within UK markets;
- Developing existing customer relations, creating and establishing a new network of additional customers;
- Increasing the sale and rental revenue for SLD Pumps & Power in the designated UK markets;
- Marketing the products of services of SLD Pumps & Power and associated companies.
- Providing regular reports on customer enquiries, hires and sales in the designated UK markets.
- Assisting the Depots in the designated UK markets to increase overall performance.
- Assisting in the collection of payments due for services provided in the designated UK markets.
- Liaising and work effectively with the Company's operations managements teams;
- Assisting with the free movement of equipment among all Depots (nationally);

- Previous sales experience in Rental / Plant Hire Sector - required
- Knowledge of Pump & Power industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven Field Sales experience
- Proven National Account Sales experience
- Ability to read financial information
- Good command of MS Office & CRM
- Customer focus
- Result driven attitude
- Very good organizational skills
- Flexibility with a willingness to travel
- Great communication skills
- UK driving license

The main goal of this role is to increase the level of rentals and sales of SLD Pumps & Power equipment within the designated UK markets, from a major account customer spend profile. - Base salary + 20% bonus
