- Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment fostering a love for the subject.
- Develop and implement a rigorous curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the History department.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History. - Have a strong track record of delivering effective and engaging History lessons.
- Are passionate about the subject and have a proven ability to ignite a love for history in students.
- Can create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
