Male Mental Health Support Worker

The gentleman we will be supporting has a good sense of humour, enjoys outdoor walks, swimming and playing video games. He will be supported by a male only team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights.

Induction and Training We provide an initial week of training which is a combination of online training. (Company induction, systems, and Medication.) Followed by in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK which is a PBS approach to least restrictive practice, this is a therapeutic and proven alternative to restraint dominate approaches. You will then complete the person-centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting.
