Full Job Description

  • to join our Integrations/ R2R team which sits with the Group Business Services function at IVC. This role will involve integration new acquisitions, aligning them with the accounting policies and processes of the IVC Evidensia Management Accounts team until they are successfully transitioned to the relevant GP BAU R2R team.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on acquisitions across various countries, ensuring timely and accurate production of P&Ls and Balance Sheets, and facilitating the handover of clean ledgers to the GP BAU R2R team.
  • In return, you will benefit from:
  • Day to day, the Management Accountant will be involved in:
  • Sales reconciliations and collaborating with in-country teams, Shared Service Centre stakeholders, and GP teams to manage and understand control accounts and debtor balances.
  • Ownership and production of clinic P&Ls, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and identifying risks and opportunities, with liaison across in-country and GP teams where appropriate.
  • Providing results commentary to in-country teams, GP teams, and the Integration Manager.
  • Supporting in-country teams with queries and processes.
  • Recommending process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting audit processes and addressing audit queries.
  • Month-end reporting, including creating and posting journals.
  • Production of P&Ls and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

    Qualification as an Accountant.
  • Experience in Management Accounting roles within similarly sized businesses.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible, responding to the changing needs of the business due to the Integration team's evolving portfolio of countries.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, an enquiring nature and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • European language skills (desirable)
  • Experience with Open Accounts (advantageous).
